7. Showing complete dose of covid19 vaccination card (digital or physical). Last vaccination at least 14 days prior to leaving for Bali.
8. All Foreign nationals are required to undergo a symptom check related to COVID-19, including a body temperature check. In the event that a traveler is detected to have symptoms related to COVID-19 and or has a

9. Children below 18 years do not require vaccination proof. However need Health Certificate from Government Hospital, basically saying the child is healthy enough travelling overseas and there has not found any sickness
    related to corona virus decease.
