RULES & REGULATIONS

TRANSPORTATION

• Journey by  reserved  second class sleeper coach in trains and 2*2 deluxe bus for the rest of the tour.  If the number of passengers are less tours will arranged in Mini Bus , Tempo Traveller or Taxi depending on the passengers strength.
• Journey tickets for upper class / flights are arranged subject to availability if requested  in writing well in advance.  In such cases passengers have to pay the extra cost for such services.

ACCOMMODATION

• The tourists will be allotted separate room for  night halt on twin sharing basis. If the family is consisting more than 2 members , a Triple bedded room will be given depending on the availability in that hotel . Otherwise they will be provided with an extra rollaway bed . 
• If you have booked single seat you have to share your room with co passenger, Unlike that you wish to stay single you have to pay {30% of total tour cost extra } for it. 
• In Chardham Yatra (Badari- Kedar), Vaishnodevi and Amarnath Yatra allotment of rooms will be according to the number of beds in a room. 

FOOD

• During the Group  tour ,  pure vegetarian food will be provided by the organization . Our Cooking staff  will  look after  this arrangements. During train journey customer has to make their own arrangements.
   

GUIDENCE

The Experienced tour manager  will accompany  you throughout your journey. Alongwith this, local guide will appointed in Historical and Pilgrim  places   subject to the requirement and  availability of one .

SEATING ARRANGEMENTS

You have to travel in the same  berth / seat which is allotted to you in railway. In bus allotments will be based on seniority /  rotation basis.

RESERVATION
 

• For North India and East India tours book your seats by paying an advance of Rs.5000/- per head , Kailash Manasarovar Yatra Rs.25,000/- and for remaining tours Rs. 2000/- per head in form of D. D / Cash to Vandemataram Travels payable at Hubli  or Adigas Yatra payable at Bangalore.  If you are willing to travel by higher Class, have to pay the differencial amount  at the time of booking only. 
  
• The remaining amount should reach us before 20 days of tour commencement date. Otherwise the seats booked by you will be treated as cancelled and the advance amount will not be refunded. Travels has the right to reallot your seats without assigning any reason. 
  
• Senior Citizen ( Above 60 years ) should produce the Age proof during the train journey to get the concession. If you fail to produce Age proof , Vandemataram Travels is not responsible for the later consequences.
  
• Please go through our rules and regulation thoroughly, as this confirms that you and your people are well aware of the terms and condition mentioned in our brochure before booking.No discussion will be entertained after booking. Package tours does not mean it covers all the costs/ expenses of the tour. Ask the Staff / visit our office / website www.adigasyatra.com for which costs includes and which doesnt.
  
• The person having Wait listed and RAC tickets at the time of tour has to make his own arrangements . The travels does not bear any responsibility for such tickets. To avoid such inconvenience kindly book your seats minimum 3 months before.

CHARGES FOR CHILDREN

• Children aged 3 – 11 years are charged 50% of the tour cost without seat in bus and have to share the bed with their parents. 
• 75% of tour cost  - with seat no extra bed.
• .If required a separate seat and bed you have to pay full charge .
• Charges for children mentioned applies only if they accompanied by 2 adults. If the child is accompanied by single adult, full amount will be charged.

CANCELLATION

• Advance amount paid once , will not be refunded at any cost.
• If you have paid the  full amount , refund will be depends on the days –
• Before 7 days       50% refund
• 0 -6 days               No refund.

FOR KAILASH – MANASA SAROVAR YATRA

• Before 50 days     75% refund
• 30-49        days     50%
• 22-29        days     25%
• 0-21          days     No Refund.
   

For tickets booked in flight , refundable amount will depending on the Flight company policy. 
 

• You can cancel your booking at any time but you have to make the cancellation in writing with your name and address. The date on which we receive the letter will be considered as the date for cancellation.
  
• Vandemataram Travels reserves the right to alter, amend and cancel the date, time, cost and itinerary without assigning any reason. If the tour is cancelled from our end all amount paid by you will refunded in full{in form of Cheques only}. But, the Travels, is not going to compensate for the consequential loss suffered.
  
• If the tour is discontinued by political reasons such as war, riot, strike, etc / natural calamities like earth quake, flood, death, theft or misconnection / cancellation of train / flight , the tourist have to bear the losses .Vandemataram  Travels is not going to compensate it.
  
• If the tourist  refused to utilize the food and services provided by the organization, and missed the sight seeing program or discontinue the tour due to some personal reasons, he will not be entitled to claim the amount for unutilized services.
  
• If the tour cancelled before its commencement due to some unavoidable causes such as flood, earthquake, riots, cancellation of trains and flights on the schedule date, the Travels is not responsible for the consequential losses. The tourist has to bear all losses and not entitled to ask money refund, he has to replan the future date of the same tour which will be held by the Travels.

OTHERS

• All entry fees, mineral water, daily using medicines, all rickshaw, taxi , boating, coolie, customs in Nepal border , cable charges, doli / phony  charges, camera charges, food and breakfast during train journey, should borne by the passengers. 
  
• Vandemataram Travels will provide available documents to produce for LTC claim but, does not undertake any responsibility for non reimbursement of LFC/ LTC. The sanction of LTC will be the whole discretion of the Institution.
• All leagal proceedings are subject to Hubli jurisdiction only.
  

Tour cost  includes  transportation & guidance only , food and accommodation are compimentary.
